My friend's article on the unintended consequences of the Post 9/11 GI Bill

This is pretty far from my normal content, but my friend Jeremy wrote a piece in GW Law blog Sua Sponte on the inequalities inherenet in educational benefits distributed to veterans in the current GI bill.
